David Gallo - Underwater Astonishments

More "inspired talks by the world's greatest thinkers and doers" over at TED:

A pioneer in ocean exploration, David Gallo is an enthusiastic ambassador between the sea and those of us on dry land. In this brief talk, Gallo shows jaw-dropping footage of amazing sea creatures, including a color-shifting cuttlefish, a perfectly camouflaged octopus, and a Times Square's worth of neon light displays from fish who live in the blackest depths of the ocean. Any thoughts?

  1. I checked this book out of the library a year ago.
It is very expansive in content and the photographs show amazing detail!

  2. That is a super-cool link! Thanks...
